The evoZero Business Development Manager (BDM) will lead the commercial development, stakeholder engagement and market positioning of the evoZero product line within the UK. The role is responsible for identifying, generating and maturing commercial opportunities for evoZero through proactive engagement with customers, influencers, industry stakeholders and internal teams.
The evoZero BDM will coordinate the collection and interpretation of market intelligence, develop stakeholder maps, support strategic decision-making, and ensure that both internal and external parties understand the evoZero value proposition. The role requires strong commercial acumen, a good understanding of sustainability principles, excellent communication skills and the ability to orchestrate crossâfunctional resources to accelerate growth.
The evoZero BDM will proactively develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities, create promotional collateral in collaboration with marketing, and present evoZero to external audiences including customers, industry bodies, and sustainability focused partners.

As the evoZero Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of the UK commercial strategy for evoZero, positioning it as a marketâleading lowâcarbon solution. Youâll be the face of the product with customers and industry partners, translating sustainability ambition into tangible commercial outcomes. This is a highâprofile, externally focused role where youâll influence decisionâmakers, shape market understanding and accelerate adoption through strong stakeholder engagement and compelling value propositions.
What Youâll Be Doing
- Lead the commercial development and market positioning of evoZero across the UK
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of commercial opportunities, from lead generation through to conversion
- Act as the primary point of contact for evoZero key accounts and strategic partners
- Present and promote the evoZero proposition to customers, influencers, industry bodies and sustainabilityâfocused stakeholders
- Gather, analyse and communicate market intelligence on competitors, sector trends, customer needs and regulatory developments
- Create impactful, externalâfacing promotional materials in collaboration with Marketing
- Develop and maintain comprehensive stakeholder maps across customers, industry bodies and decisionâmakers
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure resources, messaging and delivery are aligned
- Support negotiations and agreement management
- Ensure CRM accuracy, opportunity forecasting and input into budget planning
- Drive compliance with HM Group processes for evoZero and evoBuild sales
- Share insights and recommendations with senior leadership to inform strategic decisions
