We’re looking for a **driven, commercially savvy Territory Sales Manager** to join our Concrete division in Greenwich.This is more than just a sales role it’s an opportunity to **shape a growing market, build lasting relationships, and directly influence business success**. You’ll manage a portfolio of customers while identifying and unlocking new opportunities to grow volume, increase revenue, and maximise profitability. As a key face of the business, you’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, delivering **innovative, value-added solutions** that set us apart from the competition. If you thrive on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning strategy into results, this is the perfect role for you.## **What You’ll Be Doing*** Act as the **primary point of contact** for your assigned customer base* Develop and execute a **territory sales strategy** aligned with business goals* Manage and grow **existing accounts**, while actively seeking **new business opportunities*** Deliver structured **call cycles** using face-to-face and digital channels (including video calls)* Prepare **quotes, tenders, and proposals** to win and retain business* Upsell and cross-sell **value-added products and services*** Build **long-term commercial relationships** with key customers* Collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure smooth product delivery* Monitor and track **sales performance metrics**, forecasts, and budgets* Use market insight and data (including ABI) to **identify new opportunities*** Ensure all customer interactions and data are accurately recorded in CRM systems* Respond to customer queries promptly and deliver an excellent customer experience* Review **Net Promoter Scores (NPS)** and drive continuous service improvement## ## **Key Responsibilities & Performance Measures**You will have accountability for:* Revenue, sales volume and **market share growth*** **RCO and PGM profitability** across your portfolio* Query resolution and **% revenue in query*** Cash collection and **outstanding balances*** Customer engagement levels (digital & face-to-face)* Complaint management and service excellence## ## **What We’re Looking For*** Proven experience in **sales, account management, or business development in Concrete** (construction or building materials sector preferred)* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of **growing accounts and winning new business*** Excellent relationship-building and **communication skills*** Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities effectively* Comfortable using **digital tools and CRM systems*** A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong organisational skills## ## **What We Offer*** Competitive base salary* Performance-related bonus* Company car* Opportunity to work with a leading brand in the construction materials industry* Career progression and professional development**Why Join us?**At Heidelberg Materials, we don’t just offer jobs—we build careers.
