Heidelberg Materials is seeking an experienced Front End Loader Operator to join the team at our high output site to service the Waterloo Corner precast segment project.
Shift Pattern:
- 12-hour shifts
- Day Shift & Night Shift
- 7/3 and 7/4 rotating day and night shifts
In your new role, you will be:
- Operating a front-end loader to support production by maintaining steady material flow across the site.
- Completing daily pre-start checks and reporting maintenance issues promptly.
- Working closely with the project team to meet production and safety targets.
- Maintaining clean, safe, stockpiles and work areas.
What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience operating a front-end loader in quarry, construction or similar environments.
- Valid loader ticket and driver's licence.
- Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices.
- Ability to work efficiently around fixed and mobile plant.
- A reliable, proactive and team-focused attitude.
