As a key member of our onsite team, you'll support the safe, efficient and compliant running of our batching operations, ensuring high‑quality concrete production for critical nuclear construction works.

- Production & Quality
- Accurately batch concrete to approved systems, processes and technical standards.
- Maintain constant communication with the Production Manager to ensure adequate stock levels and material availability.
- Conduct visual inspections of raw materials, reconcile stock weekly, and submit daily/weekly/month-end stock reports.
- Customer Service & Communication
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and courteously, maintaining a high company image.
- Support production planning and scheduling to meet customer needs.
- Liaise with contractors, office teams and other partners to ensure high‑quality output and service delivery.
- Plant Operations & Maintenance
- Operate the batching plant effectively
- Conduct and oversee routine plant maintenance, ensuring equipment, buildings and surrounding areas are clean and compliant.
- Report defects or issues that may affect health & safety, environmental compliance, product quality or service.
- Teamwork & Site Management
- Maintain strong working relationships with third parties and contractors.
- Protect site security at all times.
- Seek guidance from the Production Manager or Project Lead for matters outside the role's authority.
- Carry out additional duties as required.
