As a Supply Chain Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience in logistics, warehousing and operations within a dynamic and purpose‑driven environment. We believe that an efficient and well‑connected supply chain is key to delivering meaningful impact to our customers and communities. You will also work closely with cross‑functional departments to ensure the smooth and timely flow of products to our customers. Expect a learning journey where you will contribute to meaningful projects as well as gain exposure to warehouse and logistics operations. This is a full‑time internship with a preferred duration of 6 months. However, short‑tenures may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis depending on academic schedules and individual circumstances. The internship is open to polytechnic and university students who are currently enrolled and able to commit for the agreed duration.
Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day procurement activities, including sourcing, quotation comparison, and purchase order processing.
- Assist in supplier coordination to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve basic supply issues.
- Maintain and update procurement records, supplier databases, and pricing documentation.
- Track order status and follow up with vendors on delivery timelines and discrepancies.
- Support cost analysis and benchmarking exercises to identify potential savings opportunities.
- Assist in preparing procurement reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Participate in supplier evaluation and performance tracking activities.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the supply chain team as needed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Management or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable collaborating across departments.
- Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn about end‑to‑end supply chain operations.
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity and ownership of assigned tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and cross‑functional environment.
- Interest in pursuing a career in supply chain or operations after graduation.
- Able to commit to at least 6 months for the internship duration.
