Hegarty Peterborough, England, United Kingdom. Trusts and Probate Senior Fee Earner. This is a full-time partner level role in the private client team. The preferred location is Peterborough, but the role may be based at any of the firm’s offices.

Key Responsibilities
- Together with the other partners, plan and deliver the strategic direction of the department. Direct and control the work and resources of the department, investing time to ensure junior members of the team can progress and develop their skillsets.
- Deliver a full range of private client offering from one of our offices.
Person Specification / Qualifications
- Strong leadership, technical and client management skills.
- Strong communication skills, able to understand the clients objectives and explain options in an accessible manner.
- Personable, compassionate and confident with good commercial awareness.
- Commercial acumen with a drive to meet key performance indicators.
- To undertake appropriate continuing education to update and retain that knowledge, preferably holding the STEP qualification.
