Hegarty, one of the region’s leading law firms, are recruiting an experienced 3 to 5 year PQE Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the team at our Bourne office.
In this full time role you’ll have the opportunity to join an experienced team offering a wide range of private client advice with the support of the most experienced team in the area behind you.
Our private client department advises on all aspects of private client law including simple form and complex wills, probate, estate administration, tax, trusts, IHT, life planning and Court of Protection cases.
You will be joining a modern and dynamic team that fully supports each and every individual, ensuring that everyone has a great work life balance.

Person Specification
- Strong technical and client management skills.
- Strong communication skills, able to understand the client’s objectives and explain options in an accessible manner.
- Personable, compassionate and confident with good commercial awareness.
- To undertake appropriate continuing education to update and retain that knowledge, preferably holding or wish to work towards the STEP qualification.
