Hegarty, one of the region's leading law firms, are recruiting an experienced 5 year PQE Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the team at our Peterborough office.
In this full-time role, you'll have the opportunity to join an experienced, supportive team offering of a wide range of private client advice.
Our private client department advises on all aspects of private client law including simple form and complex wills, probate, estate administration, tax, trusts, IHT, life planning and Court of Protection cases.
You will be joining a modern and dynamic team that fully supports each and every individual, ensuring that everyone has a great work life balance. The preferred location for this role is our Peterborough office, however, this role may be based at any of our offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a full range of private client offering from one of our offices.
Person Specification:
- Strong leadership, technical and client management skills.
- Strong communication skills, able to understand the client's objectives and explain options in an accessible manner.
- Personable, compassionate and confident with good commercial awareness.
- Commercial acumen with a drive to meet key performance indicators.
- To undertake appropriate continuing education to update and retain that knowledge, preferably holding the STEP qualification.
