As an Accounts Assistant you will provide support and be predominantly responsible for assisting the team with accounting support duties. This role can be based out of our Leeds office.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain great working relationships with both Head Office and Hotel teams.
- Build and develop working relationships with all current and new suppliers and properties.
- Assist with Accounts Payable Processes.
- Support in the resolution of supplier queries.
- Processing of Expenses.
- Support in the month end and year end closing procedures.
- Assist with preparation of Financial Audits.
- Support the Hotels and Head office teams.
- Support Head Office finance team with all finance related tasks.
You will need to have previous experience in a hospitality background.
Qualifications
- Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Computer literacy vital in all Microsoft applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Display strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and communication skills to effectively manage financial information and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.
- Excellent communicator both verbal and written English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Procure Wizard is desired.
