Your day-to-day tasks include repairing or replacing items around the hotel and refurbishing items in guest rooms. By keeping on top of these tasks, you’ll help keep Stewart Aparthotel looking great and working well.
- Organise supplies and ensure equipment is ready for the next day.
- Live up to high safety standards – follow guidelines and report any incidents, dangerous conditions, or unsafe equipment to your manager.
- Take responsibility for the safety and cleanliness of areas inside and outside the aparthotel, including the car park.
- Always look for improvements – follow the preventative maintenance calendar and keep everything working efficiently.
- Be a friendly face and helping hand to our guests.
- Keep your supervisor or duty manager informed about any low running supplies.
- Look smart and approachable in your uniform.
- Be ready to take on extra duties as needed by the team.
- Prepare and paint surfaces within the aparthotel.
What we need from you:
- Experience working in a similar maintenance role.
- A working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrics, and preventative maintenance procedures.
- Must speak fluent English.
