Heeton UK has a portfolio of 10 UK-based hotels including world-famous brands such as Doubletree by Hilton, Hampton by Hilton, Holiday Inn Express, Hotel Indigo and Heeton Concept Hotels. As an Accounts Assistant, you will provide support and be predominantly responsible for assisting the team with accounting support duties. You will also deal with external suppliers. This role will be based out of our Leeds office.

Your day-to-day:
- Develop and maintain great working relationships with both Head Office and Hotel teams.
- Build and develop working relationships with all current and new suppliers and properties.
- Assist with Accounts Payable Processes.
- Assist with Income Audit Processes.
- Support in the resolution of supplier queries.
- Processing of Expenses.
- Support in the month end and year end closing procedures.
- Assist with preparation of Financial Audits.
- Support the Hotels and Head office teams.
- Support Head Office finance team with all finance related tasks.
What we need from you:
- Previous experience in a hospitality background.
- Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Computer literacy vital in all Microsoft applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and communication skills to effectively manage financial information and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.
- Excellent communicator both verbal and written in English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Purchase Warrior is desired.
