Great hotel stays memories come from many places. The sights, sounds, scents and the food. As Breakfast Guest Service Assistant, your passion for presentation and dedication to delivering flavour will complete each guest’s experience. By taking pride in your workspace and keeping your standards high you’ll ensure each guest a memorable breakfast at our hotel. You will also serve food to our guests in the restaurant.

Your day-to-day:

  • Own your kitchen – keep on top of supplies and equipment, and minimise waste
  • Tell your Duty Manager about any unsafe equipment, low supplies or safety incidents
  • Help create a safe space by following our safety procedures and wearing necessary protective equipment
  • Prepare, cook and serve breakfast to Hampton brand standards
  • Restock the breakfast buffet to ensure our guests always have adequate supplies
  • You may be cross trained to assist the Reception team
  • Be cleaner than clean – meet and exceed local cleanliness and hygiene laws
  • Washing up and other kitchen duties when needed
  • Wear your uniform with pride
  • Take on other ad-hoc duties when the whole team needs to pull together
  • Help clear guest tables
  • Restock condiments and cutlery ensuring supplies never run short
  • Keep the restaurant clean and tidy to welcome our guests

What we need from you:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Hospitality experience preferred
  • Must speak fluent English
  • Other languages preferred
