About the Role:
H&B Recruitment are working with a well-known client seeking a qualified and experienced Technical Sales Engineer/Estimator to join their team. This role involves selling M&E services and requires a strong background in estimating, as well as procuring new business opportunities in both the manufacturing and fabricating workshop and field service activities.
Key Responsibilities for Technical Sales Engineer:
- Attend customer sites to scope, measure, and qualify materials from engineering drawings/specifications
- Produce quotations, pricing, and tender bids
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the process
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Follow sales action plans and strategies
- Resolve customer complaints effectively
- Conduct proactive sales calls to generate more sales
- Attend weekly sales meetings
- Manage client relationships end-to-end for an excellent customer experience
- Promote the business brand consistently
- Ensure timely delivery of information
