Technical Advisor – Residential Conveyancing

Β£45000 – Β£49,000 per annum

Permanent Role – Monday – Friday

My client is a provider of legal services to the residential conveyancing sector, due to their continued growth and success in their niche this client now requires a Technical Advisor to join their team. This role will include working through existing case files, ensuring compliance, providing training where required and driving quality service. The Role of Technical Advisor – Residential Conveyancing

  • Check files at enquiry stage, reporting stage and exchange
  • Ensuring compliance

    • Minimum 10 years\’ experience within the sector
    • Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing transactions with extensive experience in title checking and raising purchase enquiries
    • Compliance knowledge
    • Experience at senior conveyancer level
    • Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively
    • Good IT skills with experience using a case management system
    • A conveyancing qualification
    • Passionate about delivering great service and achieving results
