The Right Technical Advisor – Residential Conveyancing
- Minimum 10 years\’ experience within the sector
- Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing transactions with extensive experience in title checking and raising purchase enquiries
- Compliance knowledge
- Experience at senior conveyancer level
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Good IT skills with experience using a case management system
- A conveyancing qualification
- Passionate about delivering great service and achieving results
