PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND TECHNICAL EXCELLENCE
- Coordination and execution of ground investigations
- Contract management, ensuring timely project delivery and profit maximization
- Provide expertise during the planning stage of new projects
- Ensure follow-up on payments for completed works
- Monitor costs related to individual contracts
- Prepare and deliver technical reports
- Assist the HSEQ Advisor in investigating accidents and incidents
- Allocate staff to projects, ensuring competency and proper certification
