Key Responsibilities for Senior Finance Manager Provide expert advice on growth, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Produce business plans, information memorandums, and valuations. Conduct detailed research to identify potential strategic buyers and acquisition targets. Prepare advanced financial models. Market businesses for sale and support clients with growth and development capital. Lead transactions and manage complex projects. Attributes Required for Senior Finance Manager role: Qualified accountant with significant corporate finance experience.
