As Team Leader, you will lead, coach, and support a team of Building Services Operatives, ensuring high standards of estate management, compliance, health and safety, and customer service are delivered across our 55+ housing schemes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced people manager with a passion for customer-focused services, team development, and community wellbeing. You'll play a key role in driving performance, managing compliance and safety, engaging with residents, and working collaboratively with internal and external partners to continuously improve services.
We're looking for a proactive leader with experience supervising teams, strong organisational and problem-solving skills, knowledge of health and safety and safeguarding, and the ability to build positive relationships with residents and stakeholders.

The Team Leader (Specialist Housing) is responsible for the safety and compliance of all higher risk sites with Building Services Operatives Specialist Housing, including the operation of fire safety equipment, community alarms and security equipment. Ensuring the completing Person-Centred Fire risk assessment and engaging through resident groups on safety matters. Will work closely with the Estates Manager and other colleagues to maintain compliance with health.
