We're looking for a Workplace Experience Facilitator who is proactive and people-focused to help create safe, welcoming, and well-run workplaces across our Hedyn sites. In this hands-on, varied role, you'll be the friendly face colleagues turn to - supporting day-to-day operations, solving problems, coordinating logistics, and helping keep our offices and depots running smoothly.

In this role you will manage workplace queries and support events, coordinate PPE, room setups, and office moves. You'll play a key part in shaping a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. If you're organised, great with people, and enjoy being on the move across multiple sites, this could be the perfect next step for you.

A full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle is essential as travel to multiple locations is required.

Specifically, in the role you will:

  • Respond to workplace queries, logging and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Conduct regular checks and perform basic maintenance or adjustments.
  • Coordinate uniform and PPE distribution in collaboration with Safety & Health.
  • Support deliveries, room setups, and general workplace logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records of tasks, requests, and resolutions.
  • Assist with office and depot moves, including decant and mobilisation activities.
  • Liaise with cleaning, security, waste, and building service providers.
  • Escalate workplace concerns and follow through to resolution.
  • Guide colleagues in using workplace systems and facilities safely.
  • Collect and report data on stock levels, feedback, and usage patterns.
  • Organise and support workplace events and activities.
  • Conduct basic DSE assessments and identify needs for enhanced assessments.
  • Act as local contact for contractors and vendors.
  • Coordinate routine maintenance tasks with service providers.

Dimensions & Limits of Authority:

  • Financial Responsibility: None directly but may support procurement coordination.
  • People Responsibility: No line management; works collaboratively across teams.
  • Sphere of Activity: Multi-site across Hedyn offices and depots.
  • Other: Supports workplace operations across approximately 6 locations.
