We're looking for a confident, people-focused Hub Coordinator to be the welcoming face of Hedyn's new head office and depot. In this varied and front-facing role, you'll be the first point of contact for colleagues, visitors, and contractors - ensuring everyone has a smooth, positive experience from the moment they arrive.

You'll play a key part in keeping our hub running efficiently: managing reception services, coordinating deliveries and room bookings, supporting events and inductions, and helping maintain a safe, well-managed workplace. If you thrive in a busy environment, enjoy helping others, and have strong organisational and communication skills, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact at the heart of our new site.

Specifically, in the role you will:

  • Welcome colleagues, visitors, and contractors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage room bookings, sign-in systems, and visitor records.
  • Coordinate deliveries, mail, and stock handling for the site.
  • Support meeting and event setup, including workplace inductions.
  • Monitor shared areas and report issues promptly.
  • Assist with basic facilities tasks in collaboration with the Workplace Experience team.
  • Provide guidance on workplace systems and services.
  • Maintain records of daily activity, issues, and feedback.
  • Act as a local contact for site-related queries and requests.

Dimensions & Limits of Authority:

  • Financial Responsibility: None directly; may support coordination of deliveries and stock.
  • People Responsibility: No line management; acts as a key contact for site users.
  • Sphere of Activity: Based at head office and depot; occasional travel to other sites.
  • Other: Supports reception and coordination for a multi-functional workplace hub.

For further information about the role, please contact us.

Application Process: We require an application form to be completed for every role. We do not require recruitment agency support at this time - all speculative CVs will be treated as a direct application.

  • Enhanced Annual Leave: You'll start on 25 days annual leave (+ Bank Holidays) which would increase to 30 days following 3 years' service.
  • Agile Working Policy (dependent on role): Hedyn work with the philosophy that 'work is something you do rather than somewhere you go.'
  • Health and Wellbeing: We have many health and wellbeing policies and initiatives such as Cycle to Work and Enhanced Maternity/Paternity/Adoption.
  • Development: We offer many professional and personal development options such as paying for professional membership, sponsored study opportunities and career progression and development.
