Join Hedyn's Property and Place team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of our Healthy Homes programme. As a Healthy Homes Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support, helping to track progress, manage resident communications, maintain compliance documentation, and ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills and experience coordinating repairs, compliance, or housing-related services.
Working closely with surveyors, contractors, residents, and internal teams, you will help drive service excellence, support continuous improvement, and make a real difference to customers' homes and wellbeing. Specifically, in the role you will:
- Support planning and coordination of Healthy Homes work under management direction.
- Maintain system data from works to resident communications, reports and update progress, access issues and completions.
- Identify and escalate risks, delays or capacity issues promptly.
- Support inspection and follow-on activity by coordinating appointments and records.
- Maintain compliance and quality documentation, including RAMS and certification.
- Escalate quality or compliance concerns to Surveyors or Team Leaders.
- Maintain accurate programme and commercial documentation for reporting purposes.
- Support performance and progress reporting.
- Support resident communication regarding appointments and programme progress.
- Respond to routine resident queries, escalating complex issues appropriately.
- Record feedback to support service improvement.
- Support coordination between internal teams and contractors.
- Share information and updates to support effective collaboration.
- Contribute suggestions and feedback to support process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor project mailboxes, log all resident and stakeholder contact in agreed systems, allocate queries to the appropriate officer and track responses to completion.
- Coordinate regular health and safety site inspections, ensuring reports are filed promptly and that identified actions are monitored and closed within agreed timescales.
- Collate and validate handover documentation at practical completion, including snagging records, operation and maintenance manuals, warranties and as-built information.
- Update asset and compliance records at practical completion so that new components, certificates and servicing requirements are accurately recorded and scheduled.
- Interact and support the Customer Experience Team and other colleagues to ensure the accuracy of works orders, correct diagnosis and excellent resident engagement.
- Effectively communicate with customers, private occupants and leaseholders and other stakeholders, ensuring all complaints and queries are dealt with in accordance with Hedyn policy.
- Drive service improvements through technology and innovative working methods that ensures value for money services for customers.
- Perform any other duties as directed by your Line Manager in furtherance of the organization and individual objectives and policies.
- To always work in a safe and appropriate manner to meet the duties and responsibilities within the Health and Safety policies and procedures of the association.
