We are seeking an outstanding Director of Finance to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Hedyn. Leading Finance Operations, Reporting, Treasury, Business Planning, and Procurement, you will provide strategic financial leadership across the Group while driving continuous improvement, long-term sustainability and organisational resilience. As a trusted advisor to the Executive Team, Board and committees, you will provide insight, challenge and assurance, influencing decision-making, strengthening accountability and building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA) with significant experience of strategic financial leadership within a complex, regulated and customer-focused organisation. You will bring expertise in financial reporting, financial planning and treasury strategy, alongside the credibility and influence to operate effectively at Director level.

Most importantly, you will be a curious and collaborative leader who challenges thinking, drives improvement and builds strong relationships. Resilient, adaptable and commercially minded, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership, and be motivated by delivering positive outcomes for colleagues, customers and stakeholders alike.
