Community Inclusion Facilitator Contract: 6-month Fixed Term Contract Sunday 20 September We're looking for a passionate Community Inclusion Facilitator to empower residents, foster community participation, and help create inclusive, connected neighbourhoods. In this role you'll be working closely with residents, community groups, and partner organisations, you'll support initiatives that improve wellbeing, encourage engagement, and provide opportunities for people to thrive. As an ambassador for community inclusion, you'll help ensure residents' voices shape the services and activities that matter most to them. Develop and update community profiles by capturing strengths, needs, barriers, lived experiences and regeneration priorities across neighbourhoods. Perform asset mapping activities that identify local skills, groups, venues, networks and community resources that can support place based regeneration and thriving communities. Collect and process engagement data, regeneration insights, case studies and resident stories to support Social Value Specialists and What Matters planning Performance monitoring and reporting Conduct outreach, conversations and engagement activities to gather deep community insight that informs regeneration and neighbourhood improvement. Assist with SPAR submissions, dashboards and regeneration related reports by providing accurate and timely community intelligence. Identify performance insights that drive value for money and continuous service improvement activities. Facilitate resident led conversations to identify community priorities, shape What Matters plans, and co design local regeneration solutions. Support the delivery of inclusion and regeneration related activities that help residents connect, build resilience and participate in improving their neighbourhoods. Support communities to take ownership of initiatives by providing guidance that helps activities grow and contribute to sustainable, thriving neighbourhoods. Help build community confidence, leadership and capability by supporting volunteers, groups and residents to participate in local regeneration efforts. Promote community strengths, regeneration successes and local achievements to build pride, identity and optimism within neighbourhoods. Monitor neighbourhood and geographical spend to ensure it aligns with social value, regeneration priorities and community engagement needs. Apply low level spending within delegated limits to support regeneration activity, community events and resident participation. Update financial logs and engagement records, ensuring transparency and robust financial governance in all regeneration related expenditure Use and update CRM / Dynamics to record engagement activity, regeneration involvement, case studies, events, interactions and partner information. Maintain community profiles, asset intelligence and engagement logs to ensure regeneration and neighbourhood data is accurate and current. Record community asset intelligence - local skills, groups, venues, networks and community led resources that support regeneration and What Matters plans. Undertake data quality checks to ensure CRM information is complete, consistent and useful for regeneration planning. Inform managers of system issues or improvements needed to strengthen insight, monitoring and reporting. Apply safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion principles across all regeneration and engagement activity. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with schools, community groups, anchor institutions, contractors and regeneration partners. Promote and facilitate participation in partner programmes and support smooth referrals into services that contribute to community wellbeing and regeneration outcomes. Enable community involvement in place based or environmental regeneration projects by working closely with contractors, partners and residents. Represent Hedyn within community forums and multi agency spaces to ensure resident voice shapes regeneration planning.
