We're looking for a detail-driven Material Assurance Officer to ensure the effective control, accuracy and value of materials used across Property Services. We're looking for a commercially minded and analytical individual who is passionate about value for money and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will monitor material usage, van stock, basket lists, and ordering patterns across Property Services, identifying trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency. They will work closely with operatives, supervisors, suppliers, procurement, and finance teams to ensure stock is managed effectively, materials are used consistently, and the right products are available at the right time.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys using data and insight to challenge existing practices, drive smarter ways of working, and deliver tangible cost savings without compromising service quality.
