About the vacancy
We are looking to hire a Business Change Analyst to join our Change Management team.
This post plays a key role in supporting the delivery of change within a project environment. They work closely with project teams and stakeholders to assess the impact of change, support business readiness, and ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, or ways of working. Their focus is on enabling successful outcomes by aligning change activities with project objectives.
Responsibilities
- Change Impact Assessment: Identify and assess the impact of programme changes on people, processes, systems, and culture.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with stakeholders across business units to understand needs, concerns, and readiness for change.
- Change Planning: Develop and maintain change plans, including communications, training, and engagement activities.
- Process Mapping & Gap Analysis: Analyse current and future state processes to identify gaps and support transition planning.
- Benefits Realisation Support: Assist in tracking and reporting on benefits realisation and adoption metrics.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify change-related risks and issues, and support mitigation planning.
- Communication & Training Coordination: Support the development and delivery of communication and training materials in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Change Readiness Assessment: Conduct readiness assessments and support business areas in preparing for go-live and post-implementation.
