As a Building Services Operative, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality caretaking, maintenance, compliance, and customer-focused services, ensuring communal areas and buildings are maintained to the highest standards. This varied role includes building inspections, fire safety checks, minor repairs, grounds maintenance, resident engagement, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our housing schemes. Working independently and as part of a wider team, you'll build positive relationships with residents while helping to maintain a safe and inclusive environment.
