Job Summary: As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients. You will work closely with doctors, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. Your role will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and delivering compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
- Care Planning: Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
