Responsabilités
- Assurer aux clients un suivi technique et commercial en cas de problèmes lors de l’installation ou de pannes.
- Veiller à la satisfaction de la clientèle, assurer le suivi des garanties, informer le fabricant des différentes réclamations.
- Organiser la réception des appels des clients et planifier sur le terrain les interventions des techniciens SAV.
- Proposer une solution satisfaisante au client en cas de litige.
- Répertorier le nombre d’appareils ou d’articles déposés chaque jour en SAV, la nature des pannes détectées, les délais moyens de réparation.
- Analyse de la concurrence, mise en œuvre d’actions marketing, prospection de clientèle.
Votre profil
- Diplômé(e) d’une école d’Ingénieur ou universitaire technique (bac+5).
- Disponible, autonome, curieux, investi.
- Permis de conduire.
