TON RÔLE :
Chez nous, tu seras plus qu’un.e simple collab, tu seras un des piliers du groupe ! Tu développeras ta Business Unit et participeras à la croissance de la société, ton rôle sera multiple :
- Business development : crée ton propre portefeuille de partenaires, fidélise tes clients et pilote la rentabilité de ta BU.
- Recrutement : constitue ta propre équipe de consultants.
- Management d’équipes : accompagne tes équipes de consultants dans la réussite de leurs projets et de leur carrière.
- Coaching d’ingénieurs d’affaires juniors : transmet ton savoir faire et met en réussite tes équipes.
- Une évolution rapide basée sur la méritocratie. Ton audace et ton ambition sont les garantes de ton succès !
