Role Overview
Hedin Automotive is searching for an enthusiastic MINI Sales Expert to deliver outstanding customer experiences in our brand‑new showroom. We are one of the UK’s largest MINI retailers and we value personality, passion, and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice across the full range of MINI models, including electric vehicles.
- Answer enquiries and welcome guests, guiding them through the sales process from enquiry to test drive, finance, accessories, and delivery.
- Assist customers with vehicle configuration, financing options, and trade‑in valuations.
- Process sales contracts, vehicle orders, and financing details accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conduct thorough handovers with a full video walkthrough before collection.
- Achieve sales targets and consistently meet customer needs.
Qualifications / Profile
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills to close sales.
- Experience with processes and administration, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent diary management and timely follow‑ups.
- Skilled at building rapport, earning trust, and resolving conflicts calmly.
- Professional appearance and enthusiasm for customer service.
Company Overview
Hedin Automotive is a well‑established BMW & MINI franchise with state‑of‑the‑art centres across North London, East London, and Kent. Part of the Hedin Mobility Group, we provide excellent automotive retail and aftermarket services.
Salary & Hours
Basic salary of £23,000 with a competitive on‑target earnings of up to £50,000. Company car provided. Working hours are Monday to Friday and every Saturday (with a day off during the week) and Sundays on a rota basis (1 in 13).
