As the first point of contact for customers entering our aftersales building, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience that reflects the high standards of our brand.

YOUR ROLE.
As the Reception Host, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with their visit, ensuring they have a welcoming and seamless experience.
You will be attentive to each visitor, quickly understanding their needs and providing a tailored customer experience.
You will be a brand ambassador and share our excitement for everything MINI and BMW.
The main duties of the role include: Greet and welcome customers with a warm and professional demeanour Assist customers with check-in and check-out procedures or directing them to the right department/person Proactive and organised, taking responsibility for general administration.
