YOUR ROLE. As a MINI Sales Expert you’ll be at the heart of the customer journey, seamlessly blending online and offline experiences to ensure every customer finds their perfect MINI. From responding to enquiries and welcoming guests to showcasing the latest MINI models and technology, you’ll guide the customer through every step of the entire sales process—from enquiry and test drive to finance options, accessories, and delivery.
The main duties of the role include:
- You’ll provide expert advice across the full range of MINI models, including electric vehicles (EVs).
