YOUR ROLE.
As a Parts Advisor, you’ll ensure smooth daily operations across the parts department, supporting the workshop, retail counter, and trade customers. Using your product knowledge, you’ll identify and order parts accurately, provide excellent customer service, and help drive parts sales. Stock checks, customer follow-ups, and strong supplier relationships will be key to your success. The main duties of the role include:
- Assist customers in person and by phone to identify and source parts
- Order parts to specification and check deliveries
- Follow up on order progress and pricing
- Process invoices accurately and handle customer payments
- Conduct stock checks and manage inventory levels
