Join Hedin Automotive workshop team as a Vehicle Technician, working across the full range of BMW and MINI vehicles. You’ll use the latest diagnostic tools and service technology while developing your expertise through bespoke training at the BMW UK Training Academy.
Your role includes:
- Carrying out routine servicing, diagnosing complex faults, completing repairs, and replacing components on customer vehicles, used stock, and retail units.
- Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to BMW/MINI UK standards.
- Meeting productivity and quality targets.
- Advising on additional repair needs.
- Staying updated on technical information.
- Completing video health checks and CitNows for customers.
- Road testing vehicles when required.
Your profile:
- IMI Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience in a main dealer or reputable service/repair environment (BMW/MINI preferred).
- Strong background in complex repairs and maintenance.
- Eligible to work in the UK with a clean UK driving licence (min. 1 year).

Salary and hours:
- Salary: £33,000 to £36,000 (depending on main dealer experience) OTE £50,000 to £60,000+ per annum.
- Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm with Saturday, 8am to 12.30pm (1 in 4 rota basis) paid as overtime.
