Hedin Automotive is looking for an enthusiastic BMW Sales Executive to join its high performing small sales team. Your Role

  • As a BMW Sales Executive for new and used cars, you will guide customers through the entire sales process from enquiry and test drive to finance options, accessories, and delivery.
  • You will share your expert knowledge on every model and be an ambassador for your Centre.
  • By proactively reaching out to new and existing customers, you will aim to meet sales targets.
  • Your role will also involve negotiating sales based on customer needs and keeping all documentation up to date.

  • Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills to close sales.
  • Highly motivated to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
  • Enjoy following processes, handling administration, and working under pressure.
  • Well-organised with excellent diary management and timely follow-ups.
  • Skilled at building rapport, earning trust, and resolving conflicts calmly.
  • Enthusiastic about customer service, professional, and well-presented.
  • Proven sales experience in the automotive industry preferred, or enthusiastic quick learners from customer service or sales backgrounds are welcome.

Salary and Hours

Basic salary of £23,000 with a competitive OTE of £50,000 to £60,000 per annum + company car. Working hours are Monday to Friday and every Saturday (with a day off during the week). Closed on Sundays for a better work-life balance.
