You will be the main contact for customers, coordinating service processes and ensuring exceptional service throughout the journey.
The role offers a competitive starting salary with a bonus plan; OTE up to £41,000 per annum, with pay increases after completing C-Service Training.
Working hours are 45 per week, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays rota.
