We are thrilled to unveil a career-defining opportunity for a Retail Manager at our prestigious Mercedes‑Benz dealership at Brooklands. This role is pivotal in driving retail operations, managing sales teams, and ensuring the delivery of high sales performance and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the daily retail operations of the sales team
- Developing and implementing strategies to meet sales targets and increase profitability
- Leading, training, and motivating the sales team to achieve outstanding results
- Ensuring the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Analysing market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly
You will need to commit to working 45 hours per week. This role operates on a flexible 7‑day soft rota, meaning your hours may be scheduled across any day of the week. You will not work seven days consecutively - your working and rest days will vary week to week to support our business needs while ensuring you receive your regular time off.
