This is a full-time, on-site Smart Repair Specialist role based in the Croydon Area, United Kingdom. The Smart Repair Specialist will carry out high-quality cosmetic repairs on vehicles, including minor bodywork, paintwork, alloy wheel, and interior trim repairs, following brand and dealership standards. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Assessing damage
  • Preparing accurate repair plans
  • Performing repairs using appropriate tools and materials
  • Ensuring all work meets safety and quality requirements

The role involves working closely with service and sales teams to prioritize jobs, meet agreed turnaround times, and support an excellent customer experience. Qualifications:
