Overview of the Telephone Customer Service Executive Role
This part time Telephone Customer Service role will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, handling queries and providing information over the phone. Your role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of customer satisfaction and trust that our clientele associates with the Mercedes-Benz brand.
Key Responsibilities for a Telephone Customer Service Executive
- Commitment to working 30hrs per week.
- 6 hours per day, shifts varying between starting 8am and finishing 7pm.
- Working 5 out of 7 days across the week – ability to work Mon-Sun, 5 days per week with 2 days off.
- Effectively manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the right methods and tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Liaise with internal departments to relay customer feedback and secure solutions.
- Consistently meet customer service targets and quality benchmarks.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, business process documents, and follow-up actions.
