Join the Hedin Automotive workshop team as a Vehicle Technician and work with an expert friendly team across the full range of BMW and MINI vehicles. You’ll use cutting-edge diagnostic tools, manufacturer-approved technology, and receive bespoke training at the BMW UK Training Academy to continually develop your technical knowledge and skills.

THE MAIN DUTIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:
- Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to BMW/MINI UK standards
- Performing high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs following manufacturer guidelines. Ensuring every vehicle is safe, reliable, and performing at its best.
- Conducting thorough inspections of vehicle components to assess wear, damage, or required replacements
- Meeting productivity and quality targets
- Advising on additional repair needs and providing expert technical guidance to customers when required
- Communicating clearly and professionally with customers through video health checks and CitNows
- Staying updated on technical information and BMW/MINI innovations
- Road testing vehicles when required
YOUR PROFILE:
- IMI Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience in a main dealer or reputable service/repair environment (BMW/MINI preferred)
- Strong background in complex repairs and maintenance
- Eligible to work in the UK with a clean UK driving licence (min. 1 year)
WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with Saturdays, 8.30am to 12.30pm paid as additional hours.
