THE MAIN DUTIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:
- Leading, motivating and developing the sales team
- Driving new and used vehicle sales performance
- Managing KPIs, targets, margins and profitability
- Delivering outstanding customer satisfaction and retention
- Coaching sales executives to maximise every opportunity
- Managing daily showroom operations and sales processes
- Working closely with the Management team and other departments
- Maintaining BMW brand standards and compliance
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales, finance, and aftersales revenue
- Ensure staff comply with all sales processes and remain compliant with all required regulations. xgikmsk
YOUR PROFILE.
- Previous experience in an automotive Sales Manager or senior sales role
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills
