Overview
Head of Private Client Solicitor role at Hedges Law. Location: Oxfordshire / Cotswolds. Up to £120,000 base salary (DOE) plus individual & team performance bonus, company profit share, and extensive benefits, with a career pathway to Associate Director. Location is within a 60-minute commute from our offices in Oxford, Wallingford, Chipping Norton. We are a high-net-worth private client practice focused on delivering exceptional, personal service to discerning individuals and families. Responsibilities
- Lead a Private Client team, delivering best-in-class inheritance and succession planning advice, drafting complex Wills, and creation and administration of Trusts.
- Provide Court of Protection support and training; ensure outstanding client care and advisory services.
- Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative, professional environment.
- Engage with high net worth clients and contribute to shaping the future of private client services at Hedges.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor with significant Private Wealth experience and leadership experience (or the ability to move into a leadership role).
- Excellent client care and communication skills; highly organised with strong time management.
- Excellent IT skills; willingness to learn new ways of working; positive, hardworking, and team-oriented.
- STEP qualification would be highly desirable (we would support if required).
- Professional in appearance; eager for ongoing learning and self-development.
