At Hedges Law, we offer a role for a Senior Solicitor in Inheritance & Lifetime Planning. The position is full‑time, permanent, 35 hours per week, with a flexible mix of work‑from‑home and office days.

Responsibilities

  • Provide best‑in‑class inheritance and lifetime planning advice to high net worth clients
  • Draft complex wills and create and administer trusts
  • Provide estate planning and Court of Protection support
  • Deliver training and support to junior staff
  • Maintain excellent client communication and advisory skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • Qualified solicitor with experience in private client law
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent IT skills and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Professional appearance and behaviour with a high level of confidentiality
  • Positive, optimistic, and hardworking with a can‑do attitude
  • Desire to embrace team working and help colleagues
  • STEP qualification desirable; would be supported if required
