Hedges Law is on the lookout for a talented Head of Risk & Compliance to join our team! This is your chance to play a key role in shaping how we operate while keeping our business safe, compliant, and thriving.
What you’ll do:
- Identify and mitigate risk across the firm
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
- Drive robust policies, procedures, and best practice
- Support AML/KYC, GDPR, COLP, complaints & claims, staff training, and more
