Hedges Law is on the lookout for a talented Head of Risk & Compliance to join our team! This is your chance to play a key role in shaping how we operate while keeping our business safe, compliant, and thriving.
Location: Hybrid – Wallingford / Oxford / Chipping Norton
Employment: Permanent
What you’ll do:
- Identify and mitigate risk across the firm
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
- Drive robust policies, procedures, and best practices
- Support AML/KYC, GDPR, COLP, complaints & claims, staff training, and more
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor with risk & compliance experience
- Engaging, people-focused, and solution-oriented
- Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail
- Positive, proactive, and a true team player
- Strong communicator with tech-savvy skills
