Key Responsibilities
- Provide best‑in‑class family‑law advice to high‑net‑worth clients.
- Lead and support the family‑law team, delivering high‑quality legal services.
- Advise on all family‑related matters including divorce, separation, children disputes, financial remedy claims, pre‑ and post‑nuptial settlements, domestic violence, cohabitation, ToLATA claims, surrogacy and adoption.
- Ensure strong client care and uphold the firm’s reputation for excellence.
- Support marketing and business‑growth initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in family law.
- Essential experience in high‑net‑worth financial remedy claims and contested proceedings.
- Solid billing history with a clean claims record.
- Excellent organisational, time‑management and client‑care skills.
- Warm, personable, optimistic, hardworking, and a team‑player.
- Strong IT abilities and a willingness to adopt new ways of working.
- Ability to contribute to marketing and business‑growth activities.
