Join Hedges Law as a Private Client Solicitor (3‑5 years post‑qualifying experience). The firm is employee‑owned, providing a unique partnership model and a focus on high‑net‑worth clients.
Hours: Full‑time, 35 hours per week, with hybrid working (2–3 days office, remaining at home).
Location: Oxfordshire / the Cotswolds.
Base Pay Range: Up to £60,000 DOE, plus extensive benefits and a share of company profits through the Employee Ownership plan.
Your Role:
- Provide best‑in‑class inheritance and lifetime planning advice.
- Draft complex wills, create and administer trusts.
- Plan estates and handle Court of Protection matters.
- Support and train junior team members.
- Deliver outstanding client assistance and advisory services.
- Communicate effectively and consistently with clients and colleagues.
