The Potential Opportunity:
- Apply design thinking principles to craft user-focused services.
- Lead workshops and design sprints with clients to explore and refine ideas.
- Turn complex research into actionable service designs and prototypes.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive experiences.
- Create wireframes, test concepts with users, and iterate based on feedback.
About You:
- Extensive experience in Service Design.
- Proficiency in translating research insights into service design deliverables (journeys, personas, prototypes).
- Experience in workshop facilitation and design sprints.
- A passion for problem-solving and user-centered methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma is a plus.
- Strong graphic design sensibilities for polished deliverables.
- Payments experience or an ability to adapt quickly to industry-specific challenges.
