The Potential Opportunity:

• Apply design thinking principles to craft user-focused services.
• Lead workshops and design sprints with clients to explore and refine ideas.
• Turn complex research into actionable service designs and prototypes.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Create wireframes, test concepts with users, and iterate based on feedback.

About You:

• Extensive experience in Service Design.
• Proficiency in translating research insights into service design deliverables (journeys, personas, prototypes).
• Experience in workshop facilitation and design sprints.
• A passion for problem-solving and user-centered methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma is a plus.
• Strong graphic design sensibilities for polished deliverables.
• Payments experience or an ability to adapt quickly to industry-specific challenges.
