Hedgehog Recruitment is seeking an experienced Early Years professional to lead our brand-new Preschool room in Hemel Hempstead.

You will manage a dedicated team, plan stimulating activities, and help children become school ready in a supportive environment.

You'll have leadership experience, EYFS knowledge, and a passion for developing staff and children.

This role offers flexible hours (4–5 days) with opportunities to train and progress as our nursery grows.
