We are currently recruiting for two positions at our beautiful NEW nursery, pre-school near West Byfleet. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our committed team, with full training and support provided for all our staff.
We currently have two roles we are looking for Room Leaders to manage the daily running within either the Preschool room or with our youngest children in the babies unit. We are looking for strong, experienced Level 3 Early Years practitioners, who are confident at leading a team, maintaining high standards within their room and supporting the nursery management team. Must have experience in childcare and early years, who is keen to train and develop their skills within a friendly vibrant NEW nursery!
Hours: 38 hours per week, we are open 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday, working over 4 or 5 days. Part-time hours can be discussed. We are all about a Work Life Balance so can happily discuss a schedule that works for both parties.
The successful applicant will:
- Be passionate about working with children and developing young minds
- Have good communication skills
- Be a Team player
- Hold a Level 3 or above in childcare
- Have a good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stages (EYFS)
