We are currently looking for a Room lead for the Pre-school to join a beautiful setting in Reigate. The setting has amazing resources and friendly and supportive team.

We are a friendly nursery with a warm and welcoming team. You will be leading a friendly team of staff in our dedicated pre school unit for children from 3-4 years.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Assisting the Nursery Management in providing day to day high quality childcare.

* Leading a small team within the toddler room.

* Provide a positive learning environment that offers choice, experiences, independence and meets all the children needs.

* Be able to have key person responsibility and carry out daily and individual planning within the room.

* Ensuring a safe, secure and caring environment for the well-being of the children.

Room Leader Candidates:

* Have room lead experience or a senior practitioner with good experience.

* Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play and be safe.

* Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five.

* Be qualified at NNEB/NVQ level 3 or equivalent in childcare.
